Captivated by the region’s vibrant flavors, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality, Michael envisioned a place that could bring the magic of the Amalfi Coast to Southern California. He found the perfect muse in St. Fiacre, the patron saint of gardeners, whose love for nature and beauty resonated deeply with his vision.
