A DREAM BORN IN POSITANO: A Hidden Oasis in Santa Monica Inspired by the Beauty of ITALY and the Legacy of St. Fiacre
Tucked away in a lush, secret garden within the coastal town of Santa Monica, Fia is more than just a restaurant—it's a whimsical, sexy, and romantic oasis in the heart of Los Angeles’s West Side. From the moment you step through the gate, you’re transported to a world where the beauty of California’s coast meets the timeless charm of Italy’s Amalfi Coast.
Fia’s story begins along the breathtaking cliffs of Positano, where hospitality visionary Michael Greco found inspiration for his next great venture. Captivated by the region’s vibrant flavors, stunning landscapes, and warm hospitality, Michael envisioned a place that could bring the magic of the Amalfi Coast to Southern California. He found the perfect muse in St. Fiacre, the patron saint of gardeners, whose love for nature and beauty resonated deeply with his vision. Thus, Fia was born—a name that carries the spirit of St. Fiacre and a promise to create a dining experience as enchanting as the legend itself.
