As the holiday season approaches, Fia is doubling down on our commitment to giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years. This year, we are proud to announce two special campaigns designed to make a meaningful impact: Thanksgiving with The Veterans Collective/U.S. Vets and Fia Feeds, supporting the LA Food Bank. Thanksgiving with The Veterans Collective/U.S. Vets
At Fia, we believe in honoring those who have served our country. This Thanksgiving, we are donating a special lunch to The Veterans Collective/U.S. Vets, an organization dedicated to providing support and resources to our nation’s veterans. This cause is particularly close to our hearts, as it’s spearheaded by our Executive Chef, Scott Erickson, a former U.S. Marine.
Chef Scott’s military background has instilled in him a profound respect for those who have served, and he is passionate about giving back to his fellow veterans. The Thanksgiving lunch will be prepared with the same care and attention that goes into every dish at Fia, ensuring that it is a meal worthy of those who have sacrificed so much for our country. For Chef Scott and the entire Fia team, this is more than just a meal—it’s a heartfelt expression of gratitude and respect.
Fia Feeds: Celebrating and Giving Back
In addition to our Thanksgiving initiative, we are launching Fia Feeds, a holiday campaign designed to make every celebration count. Through Fia Feeds, we will donate a portion of unmet minimums from corporate events and holiday parties to the LA Food Bank, helping to provide meals for those in need across Los Angeles.
